Q: WHAT IS AN EYEWEAR TRUNK SHOW?
A: An eyewear trunk show consists of our area designer reps coming in and setting up all the new releases in eyewear brands and displaying hundreds for all of you to browse, try on and ultimately purchase if your OBSESSED with them!!!
Q: DO I BUY THEM RIGHT OUT OF THE TRUNK?
A: No…. the reps will write down the frames you enjoy. You will bring it up to the front desk and we will order you brand new frames!!!!
Q: DO I GET DISCOUNTS ON THE TRUNK SHOW NEW RELEASES?
A: Yes. The frame retail will be discounted 35% off.
Q: ARE PRESCRIPTION LENSES DISCOUNTED THE DAY OF THE SHOW?
A: Yes, everything prescription related is 50 % off the day of the trunk show . It is our BIGGEST one day sale of the year. No exlusions /Limits
Q: ARE YOUR IN STOCK FRAMES ON SALE?
A: Yes , ALL IN STOCK FRAMES are 50% off.

Q: How about sales on contacts?
A: We give bottom lines prices for contact lenses and rebates to follow so no there are NO addt’l discount on contacts.
Q: What time does this all start happening?

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MY ORDER TO COME IN AFTER PURCHASE?
A: There is a 10 day turn around time on all orders unless a designer frame is back ordered. We will always keep in touch to let you know if it happened to be on a back order.
Q: WILL THE DOCTOR BE IN? CAN I GET AN EXAM BEFORE BROWSING THE TRUNKS?
A: Yes the doctor will be in. HOWEVER, book early to ensure an appt. Our books fill very quickly the day of the show.
Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
A: Cash, credit, CARE CREDIT or debit
Q: CAN I USE MY INSURANCE?
A: Unfortunately you cannot. This is a below retail event. With insurance companies making there own lenses now we cannot get involved with that this day. Now you can use your insurance and be billed the regular way….. don’t let that stop you from coming. We will work all that out using your insurance plans its just at regular normal pricing like any other normal day except you will see hundreds more frames. So there is an advantage to coming in and using your plans.
